This policy explains how KB FOODS (“we”, “us”), the maker of RINGS & ROLLS®, collects and uses your personal information when you use this website or place an order.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, phone number, email address (optional), delivery address and PIN code, and the products you order.
- Payment details: the payment reference and status sent to us by our payment provider, Razorpay. We do not see or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank login details.
- Enquiries: the information you send through our contact or distributor forms.
How we use it
- To process, pack, deliver and support your order.
- To contact you about your order, including sharing tracking details on WhatsApp or SMS.
- To reply to your enquiries.
- To keep records required by law, such as tax and accounting records.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not send you marketing messages unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
- India Post, to deliver your order.
- Razorpay, our payment provider, and your bank or UPI app, to process your payment.
- Service providers that run this website: our form service (FormSubmit), which delivers your order and enquiry details to our email inbox, and a PIN code lookup service used to check your PIN code and estimate delivery.
- Government authorities, if required by law.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may record basic technical information such as your IP address.
How long we keep it
We keep order information for as long as needed to fulfil your order and to meet legal and tax requirements, and then delete it.
Your rights
