Karippode Village has a long-standing connection with the traditional art of making murukku. Recipes, rhythm and technique were passed from one generation to the next — over a wood fire, in brass and iron, by hand — to the fourth generation that carries it today. Today, Karippode Murukku’s GI (Geographical Indication) registration application has been submitted, with support from NABARD.

Karippode Murukku is our heritage product — a traditional rice murukku associated with Karippode Village in Palakkad, Kerala, a village with a long-standing connection to the art of making murukku. We make it, along with our other Kerala snacks, at our own unit in Palakkad. Read about our Kerala murukku or the Karippode story.
Every packet is 200 g at ₹75, and a Happiness Box holds 9 packets, so a box is ₹675. Delivery is free in Kerala, ₹100 to other South Indian states and ₹180 to the rest of India — the exact total is shown before you pay.
Yes. We deliver Kerala snacks anywhere in India by India Post — Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi and every other PIN code. Orders are packed fresh and usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.
After dispatch, India Post usually takes 2–4 working days within Kerala, 3–5 to Tamil Nadu and Karnataka, and 5–8 to most other states. You'll see an estimated delivery date for your PIN code before you pay; full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Each packet carries its best-before date — please enjoy the snacks before that date. Once opened, keep murukku and kuzhalappam in an airtight container in a cool, dry place so they stay crisp.
Both. Our Kozhalappam (also spelt kuzhalappam) is the classic savoury rolled snack, and Sweet Kozhalappam has a sugar-dusted finish — you can mix both in one box. More about our kuzhalappam.
They are close cousins: crisp, flat rice discs that are called thattu vada in Kerala, thattai in Tamil Nadu and nippattu in Karnataka. Ours is Thattu Vada Chilly, made the Kerala way. More about thattu vada.

We pack every box carefully, but a few broken pieces are normal for crisp snacks sent by post. If a packet arrives badly crushed, torn or spoiled, tell us within 48 hours and we'll replace or refund it.

Ingredients are printed on every packet. Our unit handles sesame (gingelly), coconut and other ingredients that can cause allergies, so if you have a food allergy please check the packet or contact us before ordering.

We deliver across India using India Post. For orders outside India, choose International order at checkout and send us your box on WhatsApp — we'll confirm the shipping cost and delivery time for your country before you pay.
Delivery charges
Within Kerala: free delivery.
Other South Indian states (Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana): ₹100 per order.
North India and all other states and union territories: ₹180 per order.
Outside India: on request — choose “International order” at checkout and message us on WhatsApp for a shipping quote.
The charge is worked out automatically from your PIN code when you place the order.

Dispatch and delivery time
Orders are packed fresh at our unit in Palakkad and are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days after your payment is confirmed. Sundays and public holidays are not working days.
Typical India Post delivery times after dispatch are:
Kerala: 2–4 working days
Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Karnataka: 3–5 working days
Most other states: 5–8 working days
North-East, Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Ladakh and Andaman & Nicobar: 7–10 working days
The delivery date shown when you order is an estimate based on your PIN code. Delivery is handled by India Post, so we cannot guarantee exact dates; delays due to weather, festivals, strikes or postal operations are outside our control.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will share the India Post tracking number with you on WhatsApp or SMS.
Packaging and breakage
Our snacks are crisp and delicate. We pack every box carefully, but as orders travel by India Post, a few pieces may break on the way. Minor breakage is normal and is not considered damage. If a packet arrives badly crushed or opened, please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Address details
Please make sure your name, address, PIN code and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned to us because of an address error, re-shipping charges may apply.
You can cancel your order for a full refund any time before it is dispatched. Call or WhatsApp us on +91 94958 39303 with your order ID. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Returns
Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns of delivered products for reasons of hygiene and food safety.
Damaged, wrong or missing items
If your order arrives with a packet badly crushed, torn open or spoiled, or with a wrong or missing item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
your order ID,
clear photos of the box and the affected packets (an unboxing video helps).
After checking, we will either send a replacement or refund the value of the affected packets.
Please note that a few broken pieces are normal for crisp snacks sent by post and are not covered as damage.
Lost parcels
If India Post confirms that your parcel has been lost, we will re-send your order or give you a full refund, as you prefer.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method (UPI account, card or bank account) within 5–7 working days. The time for the money to reach your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

How long we keep it
We keep order information for as long as needed to fulfil your order and to meet legal and tax requirements, and then delete it.

These terms apply when you use this website or buy from KB FOODS (“we”, “us”), the maker of RINGS & ROLLS®, based in Palakkad, Kerala, India. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Product photos are for illustration; as our snacks are handmade, size, colour and shape may vary slightly.
We may change prices or product availability at any time; this will not affect orders already confirmed.
Orders
A Happiness Box contains exactly 9 packets (any mix of our snacks) per order.
Your order is confirmed once we have received and verified your payment.
We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or the address cannot be served. In that case, any amount paid will be refunded in full.
Payment
Payments on this website are processed securely by Razorpay, an RBI-authorised payment aggregator. You can pay by UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM or any UPI app, or by scanning a UPI QR code), debit or credit card, net banking or any other method shown at checkout.
We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN, CVV or bank login details.
Your order is placed only after the payment is confirmed. If a payment fails or is cancelled, no order is placed; if money was deducted for a failed payment, it is returned to your account automatically by your bank or payment provider, usually within 5–7 working days.
The total amount, including delivery, is shown before you pay.
Ingredients are listed on each packet. Our products may contain or be made in a unit that handles sesame (gingelly), coconut and other ingredients that can cause allergies. If you have a food allergy, please check the packet or contact us before ordering.
Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, and consume before the best-before date printed on the packet.

The RINGS & ROLLS® name, logos, photos and text on this website belong to KB FOODS and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by events outside our control, including postal delays.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts at Palakkad, Kerala.
