These terms apply when you use this website or buy from KB FOODS (“we”, “us”), the maker of RINGS & ROLLS®, based in Palakkad, Kerala, India. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and prices
- Prices are in Indian Rupees and are the maximum retail price (MRP), inclusive of all taxes. Each packet is 200 g at ₹75.
- Delivery charges are shown separately before you pay (see our Shipping & Delivery Policy).
- Product photos are for illustration; as our snacks are handmade, size, colour and shape may vary slightly.
- We may change prices or product availability at any time; this will not affect orders already confirmed.
Orders
- A Happiness Box contains exactly 9 packets (any mix of our snacks) per order.
- Your order is confirmed once we have received and verified your payment.
- We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or the address cannot be served. In that case, any amount paid will be refunded in full.
Payment
- Payments on this website are processed securely by Razorpay, an RBI-authorised payment aggregator. You can pay by UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM or any UPI app, or by scanning a UPI QR code), debit or credit card, net banking or any other method shown at checkout.
- We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN, CVV or bank login details.
- Your order is placed only after the payment is confirmed. If a payment fails or is cancelled, no order is placed; if money was deducted for a failed payment, it is returned to your account automatically by your bank or payment provider, usually within 5–7 working days.
- The total amount, including delivery, is shown before you pay.
Delivery, cancellations and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Cancellations, damaged items and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Food information
- Ingredients are listed on each packet. Our products may contain or be made in a unit that handles sesame (gingelly), coconut and other ingredients that can cause allergies. If you have a food allergy, please check the packet or contact us before ordering.
- Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, and consume before the best-before date printed on the packet.
Use of this website
The RINGS & ROLLS® name, logos, photos and text on this website belong to KB FOODS and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by events outside our control, including postal delays.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts at Palakkad, Kerala.
